Meat-lovers only need apply!

Meatstock 2025 is said to be better than ever, returning with a sensory explosion on 7-8th of March in Toowoomba and 14-15th of March in Bendigo. Set across two days, each event is set to celebrate the best of barbecue culture, live music and unique experiences.

The Jack Daniel’s live stage features international country superstars alongside some of Australia’s finest music talent. Friday kicks off with performances by Brad Cox, Seaforth, Lane Pittman, Robber Mortimer, Bella Mackenzie and Sammy White. On Saturday, the festival’s USA-based headliners – Chase Rice, Oliver Anthony, and Redferrin –  are to be joined by Australia’s Taylor Moss, Melanie Dyer, The Wet Whistles, Dakota East and Piper Rodrigues.

In the BBQ pit yard, national and international teams will battle it out in the Heat Beads BBQ Wars, vying for the title of best in their specific protein category. Meanwhile, the butchers will showcase their skills in the meat-filled showdown, the Butcher Wars.

Competitions at Meatstock include the Better Beer Dad Bod Contest; the Beard and Mo Wars; the Australia’s Strongest Man and Woman competition and the Sausage Sizzle Throwdown.

The PBR Bull Riding action stars expert riders and fierce bulls, adding an adrenaline-pumping element.

The Big Rig Rumble features some of the country’s most impressive trucks and the BBQ expo has gear to enhance your at-home barbecue setup.

Accommodation is at nearby hotels, local B&Bs snd the option to camp on-site. Caravans, RVs and swag or tent camping are available at the venue.

As the sun sets, there’s a scheduled fire show to light up the night, followed by a fireworks display.
